Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2 business days for delivery if an order is received before 12 noon (Monday to Friday).
Orders received on Friday may not go out until Monday and would in most cases be delivered on Wednesday.
Prices below are applicable to UK Mainland only excluding Highlands and Offshore Islands.
Highlands & Islands will incur an additional cost of £5.00 depending on the weight/quantity ordered.
Redelivery – Please note that on the 3rd attempt of delivery if unsuccessful a charge of £3.00 Plus VAT will be made.
7.5kg and below – £4.00 including VAT
7.6kg – 10kg – £2.00 including VAT
15kg and over – Free of charge.
Please note that if your order is over £38.00 delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day .
We use a Standard 48 hour business day delivery schedule.
Thus if your order is received on Monday morning and goes out that day, you should normally receive in on Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday afternoon will likely go out on Friday and delivered the following Tuesday.
Privacy & Security
Land of Holistic Pets do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We regard your privacy as important and information we collect from you, where you choose to provide it to us, it is to enable us to send to you information about products or services in which you register an interest or which we believe may be of interest to you. By providing us with your information you consent to us processing it for the purposes outlined above. We will not pass your information to any third party. other than that as required to process orders and outlined above.
Returns & Replacements
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We use Sage Pay or PayPal to process all credit card purchases. All monies is paid directly into a bank account. We do NOT store credit card information nor do we see details of your card.
To view an order you must be a registered customers so that you can log into your account and check the status of any order, re- order etc. We strongly advise customers to register as a user.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account.
